Sway Turbine to present at Drivetrain Concepts for Wind Turbines Conference16. October 2012 Sway Turbine's CTO Eystein Borgen will present the ST10 Turbine at the conference to be held in Bremen Germany on the 22nd-24th of October, 2012.
In his presentation, Eystein Borgen will cover an overview of the ST10 direct drive turbine. The large diameter generator with ironless stator core, generator and blade rotor integration, weight and cost advantages, and COE comparisons with other DD turbines will be addressed.
